At Pet Products Indeed, your satisfaction matters. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at towerfitz@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

30-Day Satisfaction Window If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll review your case and do our best to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items Due to our dropship model, we are unable to accept physical returns in most cases. However, we will always work to resolve issues fairly.
